  | BRITANNIA SYNERGY TAKES 1ST AND 4TH AT HEINEKEN REGATTA 5.03.07 After 3 days of highly competitive racing, Sailplane and Lancelot have recorded 1st and 4th places respectively at the 27th St. Maarten Heineken Regatta. Sailplane also recorded a victory at the newly introduced Commodores Cup. Simon Boulding of Britannia Corporate Events commented: "Britannia would like to congratulate Rob and his crew onboard Sailplane and Franco, Paul and their crew for these fantastic results. The achievements of the crew of Sailplane are particularly impressive, taking first place on their first attempt at the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta." "We would also like to thank Gleeds for their continued sponsorship and support of Lancelot during its 2nd ARC and Caribbean campaign."  This result builds on Lancelot's 2nd place at the Grenada Sailing Festival in January and Sailplane and Lancelot's 1st and 3rd places respectively in the racing classes of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), during which Britannia Synergy's team set a new record for a Beneteau 40.7 crossing the Atlantic, smashing the previous record by over 30 hours.
