| SAINSBURY'S LEGAL WIN THE 2004 LEGAL WEEK CHALLENGE 4.10.04 The 4th Legal Week Challenge was held in blustery and challenging conditions over the weekend of 2-3 October 2004, with a great performance from Sainsbury's taking the title for the in-house legal department of the leading supermarket on their maiden participation in the regatta. The Bar Yacht Club, winners of the event in 2001 and 2002, took second place overall and Ince & Co claimed third. Sainsbury's were sailing Spirit, a Britannia Corporate Events managed Sydney 40 race yacht, and recorded two race wins out of the series of three races. Challenging conditions on the start line of race 2 led to 4 teams failing to start the race. Sainsbury's, The Bar Yacht Club and Ince & Co. completed the race and took 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. These three crews drove home the advantage with another consistent performance in the final race on Sunday morning. The full race results are shown below
