   | LST CLINCHES VICTORY IN INAUGRAL PPP/PFI CHALLENGE 27.06.05 With 21 teams competing, Land Securities Trillium won through to clinch an impressive victory in the inaugral PPP/PFI Challenge. Land Securities raced in the Bavaria division against teams such as Gleeds, Barclays, Babcock and Brown, Lloyds TSB, Equion, Mill Group and Ryhurst. In the Beneteau 40.7 class Verry Construction took the divisional trophy, with Grosvenor House Group as runners-up and the PPP Allcomers, Bank of Ireland and FGIC close behind.
