OVER 50 ENTRIES FOR THE SILICON CUP 2007

Over 50 teams have already confirmed their entries for the 2007 Silicon Cup, including Microsoft, Intel, FAST, Centennial, Microsoft Dynamics, Attenda, Teksys, SAS, RSA, IX Services, Nimbus, Iron Mountain and many more.

The largest annual sailing event in the IT industry, The Silicon Cup 2007, will take place again in Cowes on 27th & 28th September 2007.

Now in its 8th year, the original idea came from four senior people in the IT industry who got together and decided to combine their passion and their profession to raise meaningful amounts of money for charity. The first Silicon Cup was competed in the summer of 2000; last year the event was contested by over 900 people, representing over 300 companies and again raised over £50,000 for our nominated charities.
