WWW.OLDPULTENEY.COM | BRITANNIA LAUNCHES THE BIG SPLASH WITH SEALINE 17.02.10 Britannia Corporate Events, the leading marine events company in the UK, is delighted to announce its appointment as the Event Manager of The Big Splash 2010. The Big Splash is a major new festival in Cowes to celebrate the joys of power boating. The Big Splash, with capacity for up to 100 boats, will take place over the weekend 13th - 15th August and will have a packed programme of fun and informative activities plus a full social programme. All power boaters are welcome to attend with their boats, friends and families. The Big Splash will be delivered by Britannia Corporate Events Ltd on behalf of the event’s headline sponsor, Sealine. The Big Splash weekend will be packed with activities catering for all family members, both on and off the water. There are excursions around Cowes and the Isle of Wight, Mardi Gras themed craft classes, boat manoeuvring and techical demonstrations and a treasure quest. The Big Splash hospitality continues in the form of a Caribbean Beach BBQ complete with a Steel Band and disco on the Friday night and a black tie Mardi Gras Caribbean Masked Ball and Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening.
