Whether the event is a 70-boat regatta or a single-boat staff motivation weekend, our aim is to make the event a success from start to finish and to provide the ultimate sailing experience.

A total package:
Britannia will take care of every aspect of your regatta, leaving nothing to chance and very little for you to worry about, except for inviting your guests and arriving ready to great them.

We will organize your yachts, skippers, race officer and support boat, reception and party venues, catering, yacht branding, crew clothing and prize giving.

Britannia will also work with you on any specific requirements or objectives you may have and will create a tailor-made solution that will satisfy your needs. All this will be overseen by your own regatta manager, a member of our team assigned to manage your event.

Hamble, Cowes and the Solent area have always been considered the home of world yachting. It is the most famous yachting playground and racing arena that boasts a unique pedigree and atmosphere. It is also the home of many of our Olympic medalists, the GBR Challenge team, Cowes Week and many other leading teams and regattas.

Your regatta with Britannia will share this unique environment; your crew will rub shoulders with the best sailors around and enjoy a truly authentic sailing experience.

Hospitality of the highest calibre:
Britannia ensures that our hospitality is of the highest calibre. We use the leading venues in Hamble and Cowes, such as the Royal yacht clubs, for evening receptions, lunches and prize giving ceremonies. When larger venues are required we can organize marquees and other facilities. For example, our flagship event, the 2004 Manches Cup required a venue and marquee that could hold 600 guests, for which we used the Cowes Yacht Haven Boat Shed with a marquee extension.

We also use leading marinas, ranging from our base at Port Hamble Marina, to the prestigious Cowes Yacht Haven, home to Cowes Week and many other leading sailing events.

Safety:
Safety is always at the forefront of our events. We provide full safety briefings and crew training as standard and ensure that our yachts, equipment and procedures are of the highest standard. Where the safety of our clients and our clients' guests is concerned we make it our top priority.

As part of our regatta management service, we can develop an itinerary that will suite your time constraints and budgets, whether that is a day sail, or a three day regatta.
