Our weekend package opens up a range of options that are not normally available during a day sail. These options include:

- A cruise to a port outside the Solent, or event a trip to France (weather permitting)
- A full weekend racing itinerary
- A round the island race experience

A weekend package involves two action packed days on the water, with full catering and event management. Britannia organises everything for you, leaving you free to relax with your guests and enjoy the experience.

Britannia can work with you to select the correct yachts for your groups' ability and requirements. For those with a competitive streak, we would recommend matched Beneteau 40.7 race yachts. For crews of novices, or those looking purely for a relaxed day of cruising, then Bavaria yachts may be more suitable.

Typical Weekend Itinerary

Evening Before
18.00 Guests arrive and are shown to yachts and introduced to skipper. Safety briefing given.

19.00 Evening sailing or alternative evening itinerary, as requested. Catering and restaurant bookings can be arranged by Britannia.

Moorings available in alternative marinas for overnight stay if required.

Accommodation provided onboard yacht, if required.

Day One
08.30 Breakfast.

09.00 Yachts depart marina for the Solent to engage in sail handling and team work exercises and preparations for cruising or racing.

12.30 Racing lunch onboard yacht. An alternative option is to moor in a marina for lunch.

14.00 It's up anchor for the afternoon57;s sailing. If more than one yacht is sailing then teams can engage in a race programme, putting all the early morning's skills into practice. Yachts

16.30 Yachts arrive in destination marina.

17.00 Guests disembark to shower and change before evening meal.

Day Two
08.30 Breakfast in destination marina.

09.00 Set sail for day two itinerary.

12.30 Racing lunch onboard yacht. An alternative option is to moor in a marina for lunch.

14.00 Afternoon sailing activities, heading towards the Solent and Port Hamble Marina.

16.30 Yachts return to Port Hamble Marina for post event drinks and prize giving (prizes can be sourced and provided by Britannia on request).

17.00 Guests depart at leisure.

The Weekend package is available from £290 + VAT per person.
