08:00 Arrive in Hamble and join your boat for a comprehensive safety and boat brief and introduction to your professional crew. Then get out on the water to prepare for the practice race.

16:00 After racing, moor yacht and debrief and preparation of boat for racing tomorrow. Crew departs for showers and preparation for evening social programme.
