Join us on the Solent for a relaxed, laid back day of sailing, where your employees can enjoy a day away from the corporate world to regroup and recharge.
Choose from a gourmet al fresco lunch on board or if you want to head ashore, our Events Team can arrange a table for you at one of the many delightful restaurants over in Cowes on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
However you choose to plan your day, we will be there to help you arrange the perfect Incentive and Reward for your employees.

It is important that your sailing day suits your objectives, so once you make contact with Britannia, one of our Event Managers will work with you to ensure that the itinerary and format work for you, so you get the very best from your day.
Whilst the emphasis of the day is for delegates to have fun and feel rewarded, Britannia takes safety very seriously and your day will start with a thorough boat familiarisation from your skipper, so you can feel confident and relaxed during your day. Once settled on board you will be able to enjoy sailing about the Solent – the home of yachting.

Typical Itinerary
9am – 5pm
Meet in Port Hamble Marina and start the day with an hearty breakfast – choose from a hot buffet in the waterside cafe or danish pastries on board.
After a thorough boat familiarisation from your skipper, your group will set sail; take the helm, or sit back and relax – it’s up to you how involved you would like to be.
Lunch is usually taken ashore in picturesque Cowes, on the Isle of Wight. Choose from a simple pub lunch or a delicious BBQ at one of the prestigious waterfront yacht clubs. If you prefer, we can arrange lunch on board for your delegates so they can spend more time enjoying the finer side of sailing. The choice is yours.
Your group will enjoy more sailing time in the afternoon, as you make your way back to Hamble.
